Where can I find my location ID? (2 minute read)

Note: A location ID is a 4-character code, which can consist of letters or digits. If your sales location has instructed you to use a location ID during sign-up, click on "Create Account" in the Kanpla app.

To sign up, enter your location ID to link your account to the correct sales location. Once you have the ID, open the Kanpla app, select “Create Account,” and enter the 4-character location ID.

Ways to Find Your location ID

Finding your location ID depends on your sales location, as they are responsible for distributing it to users. We recommend contacting your designated person for the most accurate instructions. However, some sales locations offer the following options:

  1. Email Notification
    If your workplace or canteen recently started using Kanpla, check your inbox for an email with important details, including your location ID. Look for any messages introducing you to Kanpla.

  2. In the Physical Canteen
    Visit your canteen and check for signs, posters, or payment terminals displaying the location ID. You can also ask a staff member for help.

  3. Contact Kanpla Support
    If you still can’t find your location ID, reach out to Kanpla Support. We’ll be happy to assist you.
