Not applicable to UK school users
You can easily change or add a location to your account by following these steps:
Log in to Kanpla via app.kanpla.dk.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Click on “Add User.”
From the dropdown menu, select one of the listed schools or search for the desired location.
Alternatively, click “Add with Canteen ID” and enter the schools canteen ID.
Enter your/your child’s name and click “Continue.”
You are now registered at the new school and can either switch between the two locations or delete the old one.
To delete the old location:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Make sure you are logged into the profile you wish to delete.
Click the pencil icon next to your profile name.
Click on “Delete [name].”
Your profile is now deleted, and the location on your account has been updated.
