For schools within Ireland, joining the Kanpla platform is by invitation only.
This means there is no need for a location ID unless you are a staff member or school administrator.
Parents and guardians will receive a personal email invitation with a link to create their account.
Step-by-Step: How to Join:
Step 1: Check Your Email
Look for an email titled "Signup invite for Glanmore." It will be sent to the email address registered by your school’s caterer.
Important: This may be different from the email you use regularly. Check your spam/junk folder just in case.
Step 2: Click the Invitation Link
Inside the email, click the “Join Glanmore” link. This will open a browser window where you can create your account.
You can sign up using a different email address if preferred, as long as you use the invite link.
Step 3: Download the Glanmore App
Once your account is created, download the app to manage your child’s school lunches.

Step 4: Verify and Update Your Child’s Information
After logging in:
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the app.
Tap the pencil icon next to your child’s name.
Update any details (such as name or class) directly in the app.
Changes will be saved and reflected immediately.
❗ Haven’t Received Your Invite?
If you haven’t received an invitation:
Confirm with your school that it’s part of the current invitation round.
Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for the invite. The invite is titled "Signup invite for Glanmore."
