Joining the Kanpla Platform for UK Schools

Joining the Kanpla platform for UK schools is by invitation only. Typically, we collaborate with a catering administration, which manages the distribution of invitation links to our platform.

You will receive an invitation via email from the catering administration, sent to the email address we have on record for your school. The process is as follows:

  1. Receive the invitation link: When your school is included in the invitation round, the catering administration will send the link. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

  2. Click the link and sign up: You will usually have the option to sign up with a different email address than the one where you received the invitation.

  3. Complete the steps: Follow the instructions to finalize your registration, and you’ll be all set up.

  4. Verify your information: If any details, such as your child’s name or class, are incorrect, ensure the school has updated information on file.

If You Haven’t Received an Invitation to Join the Platform

  • Ensure that your school has received an invitation to join the platform. Schools are invited at different times, depending on whether they are part of the current invitation round.

  • If you have been invited, you should have received an invitation link in your email inbox. If you cannot find the invitation in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you in obtaining a new link to join the platform.
