If you're unable to add a second child through the "Add User" option in your profile settings (see the image below), it's likely that your account requires an invitation link to attach another child.
Some schools invite users to the platform by invitation only, meaning your child must be registered through the school to be added to your account.
To add your second child, follow these steps:
Ensure Your Child Is Registered at the School: Confirm that the school (or other organization) has registered your child on the platform.
Check for Invitation Links: Look through your email inbox, including spam or other folders, for multiple invitation links. Each child will receive a separate invitation link, and you’ll need to accept each one individually.
Accept All Invitation Links: Once you've received and accepted all invitation links, you’ll be able to add your children to the platform. Follow the sign-up steps as prompted to complete the process.
Switching between the accounts: After adding your additional child to the account, you can easily switch between profiles in the account settings.
