How do I set up my account with Glanmore Foods (3 minute read) - WIP

Ordering lunches through the new Glanmore app is quick and easy - just follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Accept the invitation(s) sent to your email

Access to the new platform is by invitation only. Your first step is to accept the invitation sent by email and set up your account.

Where to find the invitation links for your new account?

  • WebOrder (Old System): Log in to the previous WebOrder system—you’ll see a link to the new app there.

  • Your Email Inbox: Invitations are also sent to the email address you used in the old system. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, you might not have been invited yet. In that case, check WebOrder, where all invitations are also posted.

Important if you have more than one child:

  • If you have more than one child, you will receive a separate invitation for each child. Please use the same email address for each child when signing up to ensure they are all linked to your account.

Step 2: Download the New App

Step 3: Log In to Your Account

Once you've accepted your invitation(s) and downloaded the app, log in using the credentials you created during the setup process.

After logging in, you can view your child(ren) by tapping the profile icon in the top right corner of the app.
