Kanpla is the system you use to order school meals from Glanmore Foods. This article explains our role and who to contact if you have any questions.

Who is Kanpla, and how are we connected to your child's food?

Kanpla is the software provider for Glanmore Foods. That means we provide the online platform where you place your child’s lunch orders.

However, we do not prepare, deliver, or produce any of the food. That is entirely handled by Glanmore Foods.

Who should I contact for support with ordering, sign-up and food inquiries?

On the app's homepage, you can scroll to the very bottom to find two buttons (see screenshot below). These give you direct access to the relevant support teams:

  • Contact the kitchen (Glanmore) – for food-related inquiries

  • Technical issues (Kanpla) – for help with technical problems


Contact the kitchen

  • If you have questions about meals, ingredients, or delivery, please reach out to Glanmore’s customer service.

  • You’ll find a Contact Kitchen button at the bottom of the app’s homepage – it makes it quick and easy to get in touch with Glanmore.


Technical issues

  • If you're experiencing technical problems with the website – for example, trouble logging in or placing an order – you’re welcome to contact Kanpla using the Technical Issues button in the same section of the app.
