I added an allergen in the old system "web-order", will this automatically transfer to the new system? (2 minute read)

If you previously added allergen information in the old WebOrder system, this article explains whether it carries over to the new Glanmore app, and what steps to take if not.


Will my allergen settings transfer automatically?

No — allergen preferences from the old WebOrder system are not transferred to the new platform.

To make sure your child’s dietary needs are correctly registered, you’ll need to manually add allergens in your new profile.

How to add allergens:

Step 1: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the app

Step 2: Select “Allergens” from the menu

Step 3: Add the relevant allergen(s)

Step 4: Click “Save”

Once saved, the app will take your allergen settings into account during ordering.
