How do I set up allergen information in my child’s account? (2-minute read)

If your child has a food allergy, you can add it to your profile in the Glanmore app. This article explains how to set it up and what to do if the allergen isn’t listed.


How to add an allergen:

Step 1: Click on your profile icon (top-right corner)

Step 2: Select “Allergens” from the menu

Step 3: Add the relevant allergen from the list

Step 4: Click “Confirm x allergies”

What if my child’s allergen isn’t listed?

The app includes the 14 allergens recognised under EU regulations.

If your child has an allergy that is not listed among the 14 standard allergens:

  • Use the “Contact Kitchen” button in the app

  • Or reach out directly to Glanmore Foods to discuss options and precautions
