There are two possible reasons why you may be seeing the error code "This email is already registered" during sign-up or log-in.
Option 1: You already have an account but accidentally clicked "Create Account" instead of "Log In."
If you already have an account with Kanpla, simply click "Log In" instead of "Create Account" and enter your existing credentials to access your account.
Option 2: You're trying to create a new account with an email that's already in use.
Your email may already be registered in the Kanpla system from a previous use at another salesplace. We partner with many salesplaces operating within the Kanpla system.
If you don't remember your login credentials, such as your password, you can attempt to reset it by using the email address you typically use to sign up for platforms.
To resolve this, reset your password:
Open the Kanpla app or visit app.kanpla.io.
Click "Log In."
Enter your email address.
Click "Forgot Password?"
Enter your email again and click "Reset Password."
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
