Note: Some salesplaces are configured so that their associated users only need to register with a specific email domain.
This means you can log in using, for example, your work email or any other email associated with the designated domain. You will receive instructions from your salesplace during the registration process, as it depends on how they choose to set up their users.
If you are setting up your account, you can easily create one using your business email, provided the email domain is registered in the system.
Quick steps:
Step 1: Download the app recommended by your salesplace—this could be the Kanpla app, visiting app.kanpla.io, or a whitelabel app.
Step 2: Click ‘Create Account’.
Step 3: Enter your business email and click ‘Continue’.
Step 4: If multiple locations appear, select the correct one.
Step 5: Enter your name and choose a password.
Step 6: Complete the account creation by clicking ‘Continue’.
