Where can I see my order confirmation? (2 minute read)

Once your order is successfully placed, you can view an order confirmation directly in the app. Here’s how to find it:

Quick Steps

Step 1: Log on to the Kanpla app or app.kanpla.io.

Step 2: Click the receipt icon in the top right corner.

Step 3: You’ll see an overview of your orders, filtered by module and time period.

Step 4: For example, to see a confirmation of today’s lunch order, select the lunch ordering module and choose ‘Today’ in the scope in the top left corner.

Step 5: Alternatively, click the profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 6: Scroll down and select ‘Account history'.

Step 7: Choose ‘Orders’ to view your orders, filtered by module and time period.


Depending on your email preferences in the app, you will also receive an order confirmation by email when ordering from a meeting service module or a private purchase module.
