Once your order is successfully placed, you can view an order confirmation directly in the app. Here’s how to find it:
Quick Steps
Step 1: Log on to the Glanmore Foods app or https://glanmore.kanpla.dk/app
Step 2: Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Scroll down and select ‘Account history'.
Step 4: Choose ‘Orders’ to view your orders, filtered by module and time period.
Step 5: You’ll see an overview of your orders, filtered by module and time period.
Step 6: For example, to see a confirmation of today’s lunch order, select the lunch ordering module and choose ‘Today’ in the scope in the top left corner.

Depending on your email preferences in the app, you will also receive an order confirmation by email when ordering from a meeting service module or a private purchase module.
