When can I change my order?
You can change your recurring order any time before the weekly deadline: Deadline: Every Thursday at 2 PM for the following week’s meals.
If you make changes before this deadline, they will automatically apply to the upcoming week and continue from there.
How to change your recurring order:
Step 1: Log in to the Glanmore app or https://glanmore.kanpla.dk/app
Step 2: Go to the “Order Now” module
Step 3: Click the button Recurring Order
Step 4: Select the specific day(s) you want to make an adjustment
Step 5: Make the adjustment of each day and press 'Confirm' to save the changes
Step 6: Press save to fully save all of you changes. Now a pop-up message will show and confirm the changes of you recurring orders.

What if I missed the deadline?
If it’s after Thursday at 2 PM, changes can no longer be made through the app for the upcoming week.
Who should I contact?
Use the “Contact Kitchen” button in the app to find Glanmore’s contact details.
They handle all questions about meal changes after the deadline for the upcoming week.
