Introduction to the recurring order flow (3 minute read)
Updated over a week ago

If you have a recurring order choice flow, you can order in two ways:

Option 1: Individual Orders (Manual Meal Selection)
With this option, you can log into your account and manually choose your meals for each day within the ordering deadline. When you access the ordering module, this will be the top option (see picture below).

It’s perfect if you prefer variety in your meals, don’t come to the office every day, or want different meals on different days.

Simply click on the 'Set recurring orders' ordering module and select your meals from the available options for each day.

The payment for the meals will be deducted right away, and you'll receive an order confirmation. You can also check for a checkmark next to the meals to confirm they've been processed.

Option 2: Recurring orders (Automatic Ordering)

Once set, your selected meals will be automatically ordered for the specified days each week, unless you make manual adjustments for certain days. This option is ideal if you know exactly which meals you'd like each week and prefer to have your orders automatically repeated without needing to make a selection each time.

You can edit this option by scrolling all the way down in the recurring ordering module and clicking on ‘Set Recurring Orders’. (see picture below).

Note: The recurring order choice is not a single order, but a template saved in your profile that automatically renews your orders each week. The orders will be renewed weekly, but for the renewal to happen, there must be sufficient funds in your account and the recurring choice must be set before the deadline to place orders for the upcoming week. If the recurring order is set after the deadline, the orders will only be renewed for the following week, which would be within the deadline.
