Why can’t I change my order? (2 minute read)

Option 1: The deadline has passed

You can only make changes to orders until the weekly deadline, which is: Thursday at 2 PM (for the following week’s meals)

After this time, the ordering system locks for the upcoming week so the caterer can plan deliveries and supplies.

What should I do if the deadline has passed?

If you need to make a last-minute change:

  1. Use the “Contact Kitchen” button in the app

  2. Reach out directly to Glanmore Foods. They handle all changes once the deadline has passed.

Kanpla is not able to make changes after the deadline, as this depends on Glanmore’s delivery planning.

Option 2: You’re trying to change a past or same-day order

Changes can only be made to future orders. If you’re trying to update an order for today or a past date, it won’t be possible.

What now?

To avoid issues, we recommend reviewing and updating your orders before Thursday at 2 PM each week.
