How can I confirm if my order was successfully placed? (2 minute read)

You can verify if your order has been successfully placed in the following ways:

Option 1: Verify Your Order in the Ordering Module

  1. Open the module where you placed your order.

  2. Navigate to the specific day the order was made.

  3. Look for a checkmark or a popup box confirming your order. This indicates that your order has been successfully processed (see picture of example below).

Option 2: Check Your Account History in Your Account

  1. Click on the profile icon in your Kanpla account.

  2. Navigate to “Account History.”

  3. Select the relevant category: Lunch, Subscription, Takeaway, or Registration.

  4. Choose the desired date or time period. (By default, the system shows orders for the current day, but you can adjust this to view past orders.)

If your order appears in the list, it has been successfully confirmed.

Note! If “Order Confirmation” is enabled under email preferences, you will also receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed.
