Note: If the deadline for your order has passed, you will need to contact the kitchen to see if the order can be changed.
To do this, go to your Kanpla account, navigate to the Home module, and scroll down to Contact Kitchen to find the kitchen's contact information.
It’s easy to change your order if the deadline hasn’t passed. Just follow these simple steps:
Quick Steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Kanpla app or the browser version using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to the ordering module where you placed the order.
Step 3: Locate the order by finding the day, meals, etc., that were ordered.
Step 4: Click "edit" or remove the checkmark next to the order.

The video demonstrates how to change an order in the meeting services module. The process is the same for all order types: simply go to the ordering module where you placed the order, locate it, and either remove or delete it. You’ll receive an in-app confirmation that the order has been changed.
