How do I cancel an order after the deadline has passed? (1 minute read)

In Kanpla, you can cancel your order anytime before the deadline directly in the app - find instructions: [How do I delete my order if the deadline has not passed?]

Once the deadline for your order has passed, it is no longer possible for you to cancel your order in the system. If you wish to cancel your order after the deadline, you need to contact the kitchen.


​The cancellation is a decision that the sales place/kitchen must make. Kanpla only provides the ordering software and is not involved in the production, delivery of food, or setting of deadlines. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order, as it depends on the sales place and whether they can still cancel the order.

We recommend that you contact the kitchen directly if you need to make any changes after the deadline, to see if a solution can be found.

On your homepage in the app, you can scroll down and find a button named "Contact Kitchen." Click the button to get the kitchen's contact information.
