In Kanpla, you can cancel your order anytime before the deadline. Once the deadline has passed, it’s no longer possible to cancel your order through the system.
Kanpla simply provide the ordering software and are not involved in the food production, delivery, or the setting of deadlines. Therefore, if you need to make changes after the deadline, we recommend reaching out to the kitchen directly to see if a solution is possible.
