It’s easy to cancel your order if the deadline hasn’t passed. Just follow these simple steps:

Quick Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the Kanpla app or the browser version using your credentials.


Step 2: Go to the ordering module where you placed the order.


Step 3: Locate the order by finding the day, meals, etc., that were ordered.


Step 4: Click "Delete" or remove the checkmark next to the order.

The video demonstrates how to cancel an order in the meeting services module. The process is the same for all order types: simply go to the ordering module where you placed the order, locate it, remove or delete it, and you'll receive an in-app confirmation that the order has been canceled.
