Note! If you're unable to place an order for a specific day, it’s likely because the ordering deadline for that day has passed.

Orders can be placed at any time before the deadline, but once the deadline has passed, you won’t be able to place an order through your Kanpla account.

However, if you still need to place an order after the deadline, you can contact the kitchen directly to inquire if they can accommodate your request.

If the deadline hasn’t passed and you’re still experiencing issues, please contact Kanpla Support for assistance. In this browser, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to reach us directly.

How to Contact the Kitchen for Placing an Order After the Deadline:

If the deadline has passed and you still need to place an order, follow these steps to get in touch with the kitchen:

  1. Open the Kanpla app or go to app.kanpla.io.

  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

  3. Go to the home page of the app.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.

  5. Tap the "Contact Kitchen" button to access the kitchen's direct contact information.

  6. Reach out to the kitchen via the provided contact details (email or phone) to inquire if they can accommodate your order after the deadline.

If you can't find the "Contact Kitchen" button or need further assistance, you can also contact Kanpla Support for help with the process.
