Why can’t I place an order? (1 minute read)

If you're experiencing issues with placing an order, there could be a few reasons behind it. Here are some common explanations:

Missed Deadline

The most likely reason is that the ordering deadline has passed. In Kanpla, you can place orders right up until the specified deadline. Once this time has passed, the system will no longer allow orders. You can always find the deadline displayed at the top of the ordering module in the app, so make sure to check it.

Insufficient Funds

Another possibility is that your Kanpla account doesn’t have enough funds to complete the purchase. Double-check your account balance and ensure you’ve added sufficient funds before attempting to place an order.

Product Limits

In some cases, the kitchen may set a cap on how many of a specific product each user can order. If you've reached the limit, this could explain why the system is preventing you from completing your order.
