How can I get a receipt for my purchase? (1 minute read)

Note! If your purchase is invoiced to the company and not to you personally, you will not receive a receipt.

Receipts are only issued for purchases paid with a card or deducted from your balance.

To find your receipt, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to Kanpla or visit app.kanpla.io.


Step 2: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.


Step 3: Go to Settings.


Step 4: Select Account History.


Step 5: Click on Orders.


Step 6: Choose the order for which you need a receipt.

Note: Make sure to select the correct module and time period.


Step 7: Click on the relevant order.


Step 8: Scroll to the bottom of the order details and click on More Info.


Step 9: Click the Request Receipt button.


Step 10: Enter the email address where you'd like the receipt to be sent.

The receipt will then be sent to your email.
