The information displayed in Kanpla is retrieved directly from the school's Management Information System (MIS), which the school manages and updates.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify personal data ourselves.

How to Resolve This Issue

  1. Contact the School
    ​    Please reach out to your child's school and request that they update the necessary information in their system.

  2. Allow Time for Updates
    ​    Once the school has made the changes, it may take a few days for the updated information to reflect in your child's Kanpla profile.
