If you're encountering a 422 error when trying to pay with your saved card, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Quick Steps:

Step 1: Log on to the Kanpla-app or the website

Step 2: Tap the profile icon in the top right corner

Step 3: Navigate to Settings and select My Cards

Step 4: Remove the saved card by clicking the Delete icon

Step 5: Re-add your card by clicking Add new card
