What is the deadline for ordering?

Applicable only for schools in Ireland

To make sure your orders are included for the upcoming week, please place them by Thursday at 2 PM.

Orders placed after 2 PM on Thursday (for example, at 3 PM) will be scheduled for the following week instead. Any changes made before 2 pm on Thursday will be effective from the following Monday. Changes made after 2 pm on Thursday will come into effect from the Monday of the following week.


Need to Add an Order After the Deadline?

Once the deadline has passed, it’s up to the kitchen to decide if they can accept late orders. Kanpla provides the ordering platform but does not manage kitchen operations.

To check if a late order might be possible, you’ll need to contact the kitchen directly.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.

  3. Tap the "Contact Kitchen" button — you’ll find their direct contact details there.
