I have more than one child, but I can only add one on the platform – what should I do? (2 minute read) - WIP

Please review the two options below and choose the one that best matches your situation:

Step 1: You will receive a separate invitation link for each child, and you’ll need to complete the signup process individually for each one.

Each child should receive their own invitation link.


Step 1: Start by checking your email inbox including spam and junk folders for an email titled: “Signup invite to Glanmore”


Step 2: You can also log in to the old WebOrder system, where you may find invitation links for all your children.


If you still can’t find a link, please contact Kanpla Support through the Need Help button in the app or on the website – we’ll help you get access.

If the invitation link is not working:

There can be a few reasons why a link doesn’t work:

  • The link might have expired

  • You may already have used the link with a different email address

  • There could be a technical issue

In this case, contact Kanpla Support via the Help button, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
