Why am I receiving this error?
This usually happens if you accidentally clicked “Log in” instead of “Sign up” on the login page.
If you haven’t created your account yet, trying to log in with your email will show this error because the system can’t find an existing user.
How do I sign up for the platform?
Access to the platform is by invitation only.
To get started, simply accept the invitation email and follow the steps to set up your account.
