How do I delete my details in the app if I no longer want to use it? (2 minute read)

If you’ve decided not to use the Glanmore app and would like your information removed, this article explains how to request account deletion - and what happens when you do.


Please note: Deleting your account is permanent. This means:

  • Your order history

  • Your child’s information

  • And all associated account details

    will be completely removed and cannot be recovered.

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Click on your profile icon (top-right corner)

  2. Select “My Account”

  3. Click “Delete Account”

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

⚠️ Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
