I accidentally deleted my account – how do I get it back? (2 minute read)

If you’ve accidentally deleted your account in the Glanmore app, don’t worry - this article explains what happens next and how to restore your access.


Step 1: How to restore your account:

The restoration process must be handled manually by our technical team.

You need to click the “Technical Support” button at the bottom of the app’s homepage, then select “Chat with us” to start an inquiry to recover your account.

Please note:

  • Recovery may take a few days

  • Your data (including child and order info) will be restored if possible

We appreciate your patience while this is being processed.

Step 2: How to place orders while your account is being restored:

If your child needs meals before your account is restored, we recommend contacting the caterer administration to arrange a temporary solution.

To get in touch, click the “Contact Kitchen” button in the app.
