How do I set up a holiday period in my child’s account? (2 minute read)

If your child won’t be attending school for a certain period (e.g. due to holidays or travel), you can add a holiday period in the Glanmore app to pause their meal orders.


How to set up a holiday period:

Step 1: Log in to the Glanmore app

Step 2: Go to the “Order Now” module

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page

Step 4: Under “Holiday periods”, click “Edit holidays”

Step 5: Select your desired start and end dates

Step 6: Click “Save”

⚠️ Please note: All orders scheduled during the selected holiday period will be automatically deleted once the period is saved.

What now?

Now that the holiday is registered, you won’t be charged or receive meals during that time.
