If you want to make sure that your admin order has been placed and confirmed,
there are two ways to check in the Glanmore app.
Option 1: Check in the Admin Orders module
Step 1: Log in to the Glanmore app with your teacher account.
Step 2: Go to Admin Orders in the top menu.
Step 3: Navigate to the correct week and look at the quantity fields.
Step 4: If the numbers are still there, your order is locked and confirmed.
Option 2: Check via the Orders overview
Step 1: Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Under Admin overview, select Orders overview.
Step 3: In the top right corner, adjust the scope to include the date for which the order is scheduled.
Step 4: If the order appears in the list, it has been confirmed.
By using either of these methods, you can be confident that your order has been successfully placed and will be included in Glanmore’s delivery planning.
