The kitchens are responsible for distributing their menus, and each kitchen has its own method for distributing the menu. Here are the most common ways salesplaces share their menus:

In-App: Many kitchens make their menus available directly in the app, typically in the Menu Module or the Standard Choice Ordering Module. If you notice that the menu has not been published when it normally is, please reach out to the kitchen to inquire about the delay.

With Delivery: Some kitchens include a physical menu with the food deliveries, usually on Mondays.

By Email: Certain kitchens send the menu to admins or individuals via email.

To find out how your kitchen distributes their menu and when it is published, you’ll need to contact them directly. This will also help confirm if email delivery is an option.

Note: These are common methods kitchens may use to distribute their menu. However, the exact method depends on your salesplace, so it’s best to contact them directly for specific details on their menu distribution.

How to Contact the Kitchen:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.

  3. Click the "Contact Kitchen" button to access their direct contact details.

If there are any delays in the kitchen publishing the menu, reach out to them to inquire about the timing of the menu release.
