If you haven’t received your order, please contact the kitchen or catering company directly. While Kanpla provides the software platform to facilitate food orders, we do not oversee food preparation or delivery.

Here’s how to get in touch with the kitchen:

Contact the Kitchen Through the App

  • Open the app.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage.

  • Click the "Contact Kitchen" button. This will provide you with the direct contact information for the kitchen.

No "Contact Kitchen" Button?

  • If you don’t see the "Contact Kitchen" button, you can find the kitchen’s or caterer’s contact information by:

    • Searching Online: Look up their details on Google.

    • Reaching Out to Kanpla Support: Our team can guide you to the right contact information if you’re unable to locate it.

While we’re happy to assist with technical issues, food-related matters are best resolved with the kitchen or caterer directly.
