Why was I charged twice? (3 minute read)

Here are two possible reasons why you were charged twice:

Duplicate Order

It's possible that you accidentally placed the same order twice. To verify, check your order history by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Kanpla profile and click the profile icon.

  2. Navigate to Account History > Orders.

  3. Filter by the date of your order and review the details of each entry under "Your order" to see if there’s a duplicate.

If you did place the order twice by mistake, you can cancel one of the orders, if it’s before the deadline:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.

  3. Tap the "Contact Kitchen" button to access their contact details.

  4. If the "Contact Kitchen" button is unavailable, you can search for the kitchen’s contact information online or contact Kanpla support for further assistance.

Order Error

If the order details look correct and you didn't mistakenly place it twice, please reach out to Kanpla Support for further assistance. You can contact us via:

  • Chat with us directly through the Technical Support option in the app.
