I cannot log in with the credentials I have created my account with? (2 minute read)

If you’re having trouble logging in, even though you’ve already created your account, don’t worry - this article helps you get back on the platform quickly.

What could be the issue?

Option 1: Double-check your login details

Make sure you’re using the same email address you used during the sign-up process.


Check for spelling mistakes in your email or password.

If you’re copying and pasting your password, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after.

Option 2: Try resetting your password

  • On the login screen, click “Forgot password?”

  • Enter your email address

  • Follow the instructions to receive the reset email

⚠️ Remember to check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive right away.
